Approved Motion: That the Board of Education of School District No. 61 (Greater 糖心视频污) (the 鈥淏oard鈥) read 鈥淭he Board of Education of School District No. 61 (Greater 糖心视频污) Caledonia Truck Turnaround Disposal (Right-of-Way) of Real Property Bylaw 26-01鈥 in accordance with Sections 68(3) of the School Act (British Columbia). 鈥淭he Board of Education of School District No. 61 (Greater 糖心视频污) Caledonia Truck Turnaround Right-of-Way Bylaw 26-01鈥 (the 鈥淏ylaw鈥) approves a statutory right-of-way and Section 219 covenant in favour of the City of 糖心视频污 (the 鈥淐ity鈥) to permit the City and members of the general public to use a portion of the lands located at 1211 Gladstone Avenue, 糖心视频污, British Columbia (the 鈥淧roperty鈥) as shown outlined in bold on Plan EPP148835 for the purposes of a turnaround area for trucks and oversized vehicles attending upon the Property. This statutory right-of-way and Section 219 covenant will replace an existing statutory right-of-way and Section 219 covenant registered against title to the Property in the Land Title Office under registration numbers CA9436385 and CA9436386, respectively, in favour of the City for the same purpose, with the only difference being that the new right-of-way area is a reduced portion of the existing right-of-way area shown in plan EPP103338. The Bylaw authorizes the Secretary-Treasurer to execute the statutory right-of-way and covenant on behalf of the Board. The Board directs all District staff and employees of the Board to retain any and all records in their power, possession or control relating to any District operations or business from January 1, 2024 onwards. 2. For the avoidance of doubt, the effect of this resolution is that any ordinary District records deletion policies shall not be applied while this resolution is in force. 3. For the further avoidance of doubt, a 鈥渞ecord"" is any means of storing information, in electronic, mechanical, hard-copy or any other form, including but not limited to, by way of examples only, letters, emails, text messages, voicemails, documents, instant messenger communications, photographs, and other computer files or other papers; and 4. This Resolution shall continue in force until further resolution of the Board.

And further that the funding reallocation be taken sequentially from the following sources: 1. Additional funds raised through the Mt. Doug students' fundraiser (to be applied exclusively to the Middle School Music allocation); 2. A 100% reduction in Trustee expenses, office, and supply budgets; 3. A ADD (Up to a) 30% reduction in the office and supply budgets for District Administration and District Departments; and 4. The District鈥檚 Accumulated Surplus, if necessary, to cover any remaining balance. And further, report back to the Board how much will be taken from these 4 sources.
