This statutory right-of-way and Section 219 covenant will replace an existing statutory right-of-way and Section 219 covenant registered against title to the Property in the Land Title Office under registration numbers CA9436385 and CA9436386, respectively, in favour of the City for the same purpose, with the only difference being that the new right-of-way area is a reduced portion of the existing right-of-way area shown in plan EPP103338. The Board directs all District staff and employees of the Board to retain any and all records in their power, possession or control relating to any District operations or business from January 1, 2024 onwards. 2. For the avoidance of doubt, the effect of this resolution is that any ordinary District records deletion policies shall not be applied while this resolution is in force. 3. For the further avoidance of doubt, a 鈥渞ecord" is any means of storing information, in electronic, mechanical, hard-copy or any other form, including but not limited to, by way of examples only, letters, emails, text messages, voicemails, documents, instant messenger communications, photographs, and other computer files or other papers; and 4. This Resolution shall continue in force until further resolution of the Board.

And further, report back to the Board how much will be taken from these 4 sources.
